Justin was an absolute pleasure to work with! From our very first conversation he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He helped us identify neighborhoods that fit our needs (lifestyle, commute, etc.) as well as homes that checked all of the "non-negotiable" boxes. Communication was excellent and he was always available to connect when we needed him. He was honest and transparent about when he felt we needed to be more aggressive and when not to be. He kept us upbeat and positive in a challenging buyers market and once we had an offer accepted he was extremely helpful through the process. Justin is incredibly knowledgeable and shared prior experiences with us so we know what to do/not to do and what to be mindful of.
