The Sue Adler Team has been terrific to work with. I think "go getter" is the best word to describe her buyer specialist. She and her team really want to match their buyers with the best home possible and they'll go to great lengths to make that happen. They found us by sending out letters for one of their buyers, which turned out to be the perfect fit. They then helped us find the perfect house (in only two weeks) and they made the buying process smooth and basically painless. I was impressed that their buyer specialist previewed properties before we saw them, and that she listened carefully to our feedback so she could make sure that we were seeing the best choices for our needs. We met Amy at an open house for the home that we ultimately ended up purchasing. Having lived in Summit, NJ where our current house was, she understood the market dynamics in Short Hills. She kindly followed up with us over the next couple of months keeping us posted on this listing as well as other listings in which we may have been interested. The Sue Adler Team can not be compared to other realtors! Sue is a powerhouse in every way. Her knowledge of the Summit market is one of her best assets. She timed our listing perfectly. We received multiple offers the first weekend! However, her team's work does not end here. Dawn, the team's transaction manager, was there with us through the rest of the selling process, from the home inspection to repairs to the final walk through. Peter, Sue's husband and our buyer specialist, also did an amazing job in helping us with our purchase. Deciding to sell our home in Summit was something that my husband and I thought about briefly.  We contacted Sue Adler to discuss it, to see who was out there as potential buyers, and what the Summit luxury home market was dictating for a home as large and well built as ours. Within a week, Sue found a buyer, connected him with us and our house was sold.  It was really that easy, or at least it seemed that way.  Sue went to work immediately for us.  She called potential buyers, met them to discuss our home and really worked to find us solid buyer. Her team, which includes Dawn Preziosi, was essential when it came to the details of selling a home, going through an inspection, all the way down to the details of finding the workers to correct any small problems that were found in our inspection.  Dawn worked side by side with electricians and construction workers to ensure that every detail was corrected and up to inspection standards. We have never experienced the sale of any of our homes before, and were really ignorant to the process.  There is so much, so many small details and Sue and Dawn, and all of their team members, really made this a smooth process for us.  They took care of every detail with such attention and focus. I met Sue back in 2013 when I first thought about putting my house on the Market. I was so impressed at our first consultation that I knew I just HAD to work with Sue.
