Abby is amazing at what she does. She helped us buy our first home in summer of 2023 in a crazy market with both high interest rates and lots of buyers in the market. She educated us about the market, helped us narrow in on the things that were most important us and helped us negotiate a winning offer on a home that we loved. She was never pushy, which was very important for us. She has good relationships with other agents in the area, and showed us several unlisted properties that sometimes never came to the market. She is fun to hang out with, has a good sense of humor and builds and maintains long term relationships. She has helped several friends of mine close on homes in the last few years as well. If I were to buy another home in my life in this area, or more likely than that, if I were to advise my friends about an agent to use, I would absolutely recommend her.
