Chris was an exceptional realtor from start to finish. He was consistently responsive, never once leaving us wondering where things stood, and he never tried to push us toward anything we didn't actually want — we always felt like our interests came first. He was straight with us about the process, the watch-outs, and what to expect at every stage, which made a stressful process feel manageable. Timing was another huge strength: Chris was incredible about deadlines, and we never once had to worry about something slipping through the cracks. On top of that, his relationships with other realtors were a real asset — he consistently surfaced insider knowledge about the house, the buying process, and the neighborhood that we never would have found on our own. He def talked us off a few ledges which is always helpful in the biggest financial decision of your life. Including helping us build our home buying team - they all turned out to be fantastic!
