Lee was outstanding to work with! My family and I had been on a 2.5+ year journey that started with a rental (that Lee found for us) and continued beyond that as we searched for the home we hope to be in for the long haul as we raise our family. Lee was always sincere, genuine, communicative and took the time to understand our needs and what would work best for us. As a first time buyer and not being from the US, Lee explained the entire process in detail and drove me around the Maplewood neighborhoods providing a quick and enjoyable history lesson. I found his honesty about the properties, prices and market conditions refreshing and took his advise on everything from making an offer that was realistic (not too low, but not too high either!), attorney, surveyors and mortgage firm. I was lucky enough to have an offer accepted on a house I saw on the first day and Lee and his team guided me through the whole process which otherwise would have been daunting and may not have resulted in me finding what I hope will be my home for years. Lee helped us with our first home purchase. He was honest, friendly, professional and knowledgeable and willing to accommodate our schedules even if it meant showings first thing Sunday morning or after work during the week. He was willing to go the extra mile - whether it was to get us into see house we wanted to see or meeting a contractor to get an estimate on short notice. Lee was very attentive to our wish list and worked with us over a year-long house hunt that consisted of multiple bidding wars, one house where the seller backed out and ultimately culminated in the perfect house. We would recommend Lee to friends, family and anyone looking for a house.
