I was actually in the process of starting to work with another realtor before I met Justin. I took my girlfriend to a random open house that Justin just happened to be showing. My wife and I lived in Hoboken for 16 years. After having our second child, we decided it was time to find more space. I work in NYC, so I need an easy commute. My wife and I recently decided to move out of Manhattan to purchase a house. Last summer I decided to satisfy my curiosity and check out the open house taking place right down the street from my house in Maplewood. This particular deal however fell through and did not close. Kathleen stayed in close communication with the sellers agent and the attorneys through it all. Even after we ended up back in the market looking for our dream home in June 2022, Kathleen was a great help in arranging visits to all the homes that might fit our criteria despite her own trying personal circumstances at the time. When we finalized our current house, Kathleen went above and beyond by scheduling and coordinating the multiple inspections for us at short notice. My wife Mary Jane and I worked with Amy Esposito to purchase our home in Glen Ridge, NJ.
